The little flip is for those seeking big results without making any structural changes. This service utilizes paint, wallpaper, tile, flooring, and light fixtures to create a new space in little time. Let Kerri style your home using what you already own, plus provide recommendations for incredible finds that would pull your space together. A transformation with little effort. Meetings held virtually to create design plans that may be executed elsewhere. This service allows the client to live in another place, but still have access to Kerri's design services. See pricing information below.

PRICING
A free phone consultation is provided to each client to evaluate scope of the project.
Design: Full Service, Little Flip, Furnishing, and Distance Design
Pricing subject to project size. Pricing is discussed at time of initial consultation and agreed upon with client prior to project start date.
Initial consultation: $100 for the first hour
Design fee: $150 per hour

A $25 additional charge will be added to service when driving greater than 30 miles outside of Fort Collins.
